Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LockerRoom, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

If you are using LockerRoom on behalf of a team, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Description of Service

LockerRoom is a team communication and collaboration platform built for sports teams. The Service allows users to:

• Create and join sports teams and channels
• Send messages and communicate with teammates and coaches
• Share plays, strategies, and team content via the Playbook feature
• View team schedules, events, and game information
• Receive push notifications about team activity

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts

To use LockerRoom, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not create an account for someone else without their permission, use another person's account without authorization, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

User Content

You retain ownership of any messages, plays, media, or other content you submit to LockerRoom ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you and your team members.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate anyone's rights or any applicable laws
• Your User Content is accurate and does not contain false or misleading information

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LockerRoom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the Service to bully, intimidate, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person, team, or entity
• Share another user's private information without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any other deceptive practices
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Subscriptions & Payments

LockerRoom may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to additional features ("Premium Features"). If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store account settings

We reserve the right to change pricing for subscription plans. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

Intellectual Property

The LockerRoom name, logo, app design, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by us. The Service, including all software, features, and content we provide (excluding User Content), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content available through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or email before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
