Creating a team is simple:
- Open the app and tap the + button on the home screen.
- Select Create Team.
- Enter your team name and choose your sport.
- Tap Create — your team is ready.
Once created, you can invite teammates using a team code or direct invite link.
After creating or joining a team, go to your team's settings and tap Invite Members. You can share a team invite code or a direct invite link via any messaging app.
Teammates simply open the link or enter the code in the app to join.
If you're not getting notifications, try the following steps:
- Go to your iPhone Settings → LockerRoom → Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled.
- Check that Allow Notifications is turned on and that alerts, banners, or sounds are configured.
- Inside the app, check your notification preferences under Profile → Settings → Notifications.
- Try signing out and back in to refresh your device token.
- Restart your device if the issue persists.

You can delete your account in two ways:
Option 1 — In-App: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email: Send an email to support@teamlockerroom.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address linked to your account. We'll process it within 30 days.
Navigate to your team and open the Playbook tab. Tap the + button to create a new play. You can add a title, description, diagrams, and notes. Once saved, the play is visible to all team members with access.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link in your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:
iPhone: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find LockerRoom, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, find LockerRoom, and cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For billing questions, email support@teamlockerroom.app.
Email support@teamlockerroom.app with as much detail as possible:
- Your device model and iOS/Android version
- App version (found in Profile → Settings → About)
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
