We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the app, and certain technical data from your device.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve LockerRoom. Specifically:
- Create and manage your account and team memberships
- Deliver messages, notifications, and in-app content to you and your teammates
- Send push notifications about team activity, game schedules, and messages
- Troubleshoot bugs, diagnose crashes, and improve app performance
- Respond to your support requests and communicate about your account
- Comply with applicable laws and protect the safety of our users
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in the limited circumstances described below:
- Within your team: Your name, profile photo, and messages are visible to members of the teams and channels you join.
- Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication, and Expo for push notification delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request account deletion:
Option 2 — Email: Send a deletion request to support@teamlockerroom.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Upon deletion, your profile, messages, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
Children's Privacy
LockerRoom is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us at support@teamlockerroom.app.
Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
